Synopsis:
Radio sensation Dr. Emma Lloyd and her publisher/fiancé Michael thought getting a license to wed in New York would be easier than getting a driver’s license. After all, there’s no tests,written or blood; they were both over 18, and they weren’t related. All they needed to do was show up together at city hall, fork over the fee, and be done with it. Right? But once Teague feels threatened by Kevin’s new relationship with Kendall, he takes the pre-frosh humiliation to a greater level, and the guys decide to fight back, pulling a huge prank that lands them on top.
